This heralded the arrival of the company as a major partner in delivery of the Governments’ Welfare to Work strategy, ensuring a prolonged period of rapid growth which has helped to support literally thousands into work and affect the lives of countless others in a hugely positive way.
By demonstrating continued success further contracts have followed, including a new concept in tackling unemployment, Employment Zone, together with specific recruitment assistance for disabled people, lone parents and those disengaged from the jobs market.
Pertemps Employment Alliance has been further strengthened by the addition of a second business, Pertemps Learning and Education Alliance, offering clients and employer’s alike, vocational and professional training services, and also the addition of Pertemps Disability Consultancy offering advice and services for both employer and employee regarding disability in the work place. With these changes in organisational structure, the current business Pertemps People Development Group was born.
