Case Study - Overton Recycling

EFFRR member, Dean Overton, is Managing Director of a Black Country based recycling firm, Overton Recycling Ltd which was formed in 2002.

More than ten years on and the company now employs some 100 staff with major contracts to recycle anything from refrigeration equipment and televisions to air conditioning units and obsolete computers.

Dean firmly believes business has a responsibility to provide employment opportunities for those leaving prison and probation.

In this film clip he explains his reasons why.
